Senior Yardi Consultant (Techno-Functional Specialist)

Job Description

Experience in Yardi Voyager Retail, Commercial assets, Planning and Budgeting cycle
Providing functional & technical support to Lease contract management specialist
Yardi Leasing process and flow of Leasing, Providing support and maintenance services for Yardi workflows and processes.
Experience on Yardi Data migration and its templates
Designing and developing custom reports using Yardi reporting tools like YSR/SQL Reports.
Writing Stored Procedures/Validations/Functions
Experience in interface touch points with external system like CRM, other custom external systems.
Monitor logs, tasks, schedulers to ensure interface with external systems sync.
Testing of reports to ensure data accuracy.
Analysing and troubleshooting issues and providing fixes.
Code review of reports for analysis of need of fine tuning
Developed Procedures & custom functions so as to re-use certain functionalities
