<ul><li>Provide the highest standards of service – both in quality and speed to maximize guest satisfaction and customer retention, as per Customer Service SOP.</li><li> Possess knowledge of all products, menus &amp; promos, and be aware of all special offers of the day/week.</li><li>Provide detailed information to customers when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).</li><li>Maximizes the sales of each station by constantly &amp; subtly applying upselling and cross-selling tactics.</li><li>Ensure that all counters, retail &amp; GnG displays, tables &amp; trays are properly set u, as described in the Brand Management &amp; Marketing SOP</li><li>Ensure that all food safety points are kept in mind at all times and that food is handled according to the Food Safety SOP.</li><li> Maintain friendly and polite behavior towards both customers and colleagues to create the utmost comfortable atmosphere.</li><li>Ensure the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining room, counters, equipment, and back areas, as per the Facility &amp; Equipment SOP. Provide support for any kind of cleaning job in any area of the restaurant as required by the Branch manager or supervisor. </li><li>Ensure strict compliance with all station checklists and cleaning schedules according to the shifts (opening-/closing/mid-shift). 10. Ensure strict control over cash manipulation, discount/promotion attribution, and check-out process as per the Tills &amp; Cash Management SOP. </li><li> Assist junior cashiers as necessary to follow the company’s operational procedures &amp; policy. </li><li> Ensure proper handling and storage of products according to the Stock management SOP to have 100% food quality on served dishes and 0% wastage. </li><li> Attend the company training, Food Safety training, and any other kind of hygiene activity as required by the local authorities and company standards. </li><li>Report any issue in the station or outlet (wastage, out of stock, equipment malfunction, guest complaint, etc.) to Branch management. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous experience working as a waiter/cashier</li><li>Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations</li><li>Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time</li></ul>
