Senior UX designer

Job Description

<p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p><p><span>Execute all visual design stages from concept to production deployment.</span></p><p><span>Collaborate with product and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, and execution of the visual design language.</span></p><p><span>Enhance designs based on user feedback and web analytics.</span></p><p><span>Present design work to the user experience team, and senior leadership for review, discussion, and feedback.</span></p><p><span>Enhance the team knowledge of best design practices.</span></p><p><span>Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.</span></p><p><span>Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.</span></p><p><span>Partner with Frontend development teams to ensure that common components implemented as intended.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Requirements:</span></p><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Visual Design, Product Design, or related field.</span></p><p><span>5-7+ years of experience in User Interface design, web &amp; mobile design.</span></p><p><span>Deep knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI.</span></p><p><span>Strong team collaboration skills.</span></p><p><span>Excellent design portfolio and ability to present ideas and solutions.</span></p><p><span>Very good experience in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.</span></p><p><span>Solid understanding of interaction design and fundamental design principles.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>
