With Shory, a new time has begun.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role &amp; Opportunity</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Abu Dhabi, UAE team who will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience, conduct research and generate copy/content in order to create web designs using visual design, illustration, animation and typography for activation on social media, web and other marketing collateral.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement UX architecture, interface and interaction flow – efficiently across channels</li><li>Create designs for User flows, Wire frames development, Landing pages, microsites etc</li><li>Create visual designs that complement written content; Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work</li><li>Maintain and evolve visual integrity across surfaces, including apps, web and email</li><li>Utilize tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and various content management systems such as design systems, and tools such as Adobe AEM</li><li>Conduct usability testing to identify any problems with the design</li><li>Conduct consumer focus groups to initiate &amp; develop usability plans</li><li>Develop UX prototypes in collaboration with the product team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Skills, Education &amp; Experience Required</strong></p><p><br></p><p>To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 4 – 6 years of experience in a similar role preferably from a leading creative agency background.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Graphics Design or User Experience Design or similar</li><li>Working knowledge of coding HTML, javascript or jquery</li><li>Strong skills in photoshop, indesign, Figma etc</li><li>Demonstrated ability to embed video to explain your flow</li><li>Self-motivated, hardworking professional with a positive attitude and works well under pressure in a corporate setting</li><li>Proactive and creative problem solver</li><li>Team player who is collaborative, ethical and organized with strong communication skills</li><li>Solid time management skills, ability to manage high work volumes and process multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Arabic language and writing skills an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you have the relevant experience and are interested in being part of our tech savvy team, please take the time to apply for this position.</p>
