Job Description

Design travel packages and itineraries.<br>Design and sells honeymoon packages.<br>Handling FIT requests and create bookings through different reservation systems along with direct contracting.<br>Sells ready made group packages for outbound Travel.<br>Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfer for outbound trips.<br>Collect visa requirements and necessary travel documents from the clients.<br>Follow up with clients through e-mails, calls, and Chat on social media to provide the updates of their existing bookings for all the booked travel services.<br>Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.<br>Handle holiday’s packages operation for groups<br>Handles Customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
