Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter for one of our partners, a multination Oil and Gas Services Company.
Job Summary:
Our partner is on the look for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will be responsible to coordinate and drive all activities that are part of the candidate experience and owns the entire recruiting lifecycle. Starting with developing creative and efficient sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, networking and employer branding. S/he guides the tech talents through the full recruiting process and gives them an exciting candidate experience. Eventually s/he also takes ownership of the overall employee experience and shapes learning and performance management, defines policies to increase diversity and inclusion initiatives and increases employee engagement. The Senior Tech Recruiter exhibits a hands-on mentality and has already gained professional experience within a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Creates job descriptions and job ads in close collaboration with the responsible squads and hiring managers
- Publishes job ads on various (digital) recruiting channels and networks and ensures that the company has a strong pipeline of promising candidates for all open positions
- Owns the overarching recruiting lifecycle (i.e., screening, interviewing, preparing of hiring decision, onboarding)
- Owns the interview and selection process and ensures that it is implemented in a scalable and lean manner
- Is responsible for a scalable talent management framework with consistent candidate and employee experience
- Is the first and main contact person for potential questions by candidates/new hires
- Ensures that the company is established as an attractive employer for tech talents within the Egyptian market
- He or she will be the employer brand representative in the Egyptian tech community and the person of trust for candidates and employees.
Requirements:
- Has at least 3 years of experience as technical recruiter within the Egyptian market
- Has proven knowledge and understanding on how to quickly hire tech talent
- Has a track record of establishing an employer brand within the (Egyptian) tech community
- Has experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Has proven knowledge in executing the full hiring process (screening, interviewing, hiring decision)
- Is characterized by hands-on mentality to directly talk to (potential) candidates
- Has experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction
- Is able to work with a cloud-based ATS tool to efficiently manage the candidate pipeline
- Has worked within an agile settings (e.g., for s start-up or growth company)
- Understands relationship with Product Manager, Scrum Master, Design Lead and rest of technical team
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver complex messages, explain trade-offs, and tell a
- compelling story β also for corporate stakeholders
- Has strong network within the Egyptian tech ecosystem and experience in operating in diverse and international settings is preferred
- Is able to communicate and report to leadership in a goal-oriented manner
- Is acutely aware of, curious about, and able to leverage the benefits and potential of teamsβ cultural differences and diverse backgrounds
- Fosters a sense of belonging and trust-based relationship with the team
- Inspires and encourages teams and individuals to expand and realize their potential
