Senior Technical Designer
Job Description
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Technical Designer</strong>, with 5+ years of experience in the façade industry, to join our Technical Engineering Department in Lebanon. He / She must have good understanding of façade systems and elements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include: </strong></p><ul><li>Propose design details for complex façade elements in coordination with Technical Manager, Structural Team and Team Leader.</li><li>Provide on time, accurate shop drawings, while adhering to the standards set by the company</li><li>Prepare material list for complex façade elements.</li><li>Prepare cutting lists and fabrication drawings for all façade elements.</li><li>Coordinate with Design Managers, structural team and Plant Team for any technical design related issues.</li><li>Good knowledge in material science </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>BS/TS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent</li><li>Min of 5 years’ experience in the façade industry is mandatory</li><li>Knowledge in Revit is a plus</li><li>Good communication skills and teamwork </li></ul>
