<br><strong>Description<br><br></strong>We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of complex solutions for our clients in the UAE. This is a key role, where you will establish robust business and technology relationships, guarantee client satisfaction, manage expectations, and collaborate with a geographically dispersed, yet intelligent and proactive team.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Oversee the delivery of large, complex engagements in the UAE and wider region</li><li>Provide technical and engineering expertise to develop, present, and advocate solution architectures and approaches with in-depth technical details</li><li>Perform solution architecture reviews/audits and calculate and present ROI</li><li>Assume responsibility for the entire project life cycle, including lead management, bid/financing qualification, solutioning and staffing, client management, delivery, and execution governance</li><li>Propose innovative solutions to business challenges and processes, utilizing technology to enhance user experiences</li><li>Manage multiple delivery streams, establish governance at the top management level, and hold governance project meetings to identify successful and unsuccessful project factors and gaps</li><li>Ensure consistent weekly planning/reporting cycles, with transparent progress reporting on vision & goals, deliverables & features, issues, risks, and resource allocation throughout the engagement</li><li>Oversee customer expectations and relationships, identifying opportunities to up/cross-sell products and services via relationship management<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrable experience in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management</li><li>Capability to apply a combination of business acumen and delivery practices to projects for optimal results</li><li>Outstanding communication, presentation, and planning skills, with experience collaborating with nearshore teams preferred</li><li>Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>Emotionally intelligent, humble, and eager to embark onto new opportunities</li><li>At least a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field</li><li>Proficiency in English<br><br></li></ul>We Offer<br><br><ul><li>Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills</li><li>Opportunity to work on leading edge platforms, working in a fast-paced, agile, software engineering culture</li><li>Knowledge-sharing with colleagues from EPAM’s global tech communities</li><li>Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions</li><li>Regular performance feedback and salary reviews</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth<br><br></li></ul><strong>About EPAM<br><br></strong><ul><li>EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
