As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and product owners, you will gather and document requirements, facilitate effective communication, and ensure successful project outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and product owners to extract and understand <strong>business requirements</strong>, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.</p><p>- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement.</p><p>- Write comprehensive <strong>Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)</strong> to capture project requirements in details.</p><p>- Create <strong>story maps, user stories, and user journeys</strong> to visualize the user experience and highlight key features and functionalities.</p><p>- Prepare <strong>work statements</strong> outlining tasks, deliverables, and expectations for projects or initiatives.</p><p>- Contribute to writing <strong>proposals</strong> for new projects, initiatives, or system enhancements by conducting research and analyzing requirements.</p><p>- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.</p><p>- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.</p><p>- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis in the healthcare industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Business Administration, Computer Science</strong>, or a related field.</p><p>- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.</p><p>- Proficient in business process modeling and analysis techniques.</p><p>- Familiarity with <strong>Agile frameworks</strong>, such as <strong>Scrum</strong>.</p><p>- Exceptional document writing abilities, including creating clear and comprehensive project-related documents.</p><p>- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</p><p>- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.</p><p>- Excellent <strong>English and Arabic</strong> communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a passionate Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience, exceptional document writing abilities, and a strong focus on gathering requirements and creating project-related documents, we encourage you to apply.
