<p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to oversee the full-cycle of the recruitment for entry levels including screening, interviewing, shortlisting and role offering. Play a key role in positioning ABC an employer of choice through the implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy and other related activities. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Activities and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Technical </strong></p><p>• Achieve the talent acquisition KPI’s to meet strategic business goal and key priorities </p><p>• Introduce new ideas to attract potential talents and to enhance the hiring process </p><p>• Handle efficiently the talent acquisition activities for entry level including seasonal and internship workflows and ensure smooth running of operations </p><p>• Post online vacancies on recruitment portals and company career webpage aiming to nurture relationships with potential hires </p><p>• Source potential candidates through various channels (Online, universities and headhunt activities) </p><p>• Screen, interview, shortlist applicants and recruit the suitable candidate vs. the job requirement by adhering to the timeframe </p><p>• Follow up with the hiring team on the interview feedback collection </p><p>• Prepare the employment offer in coordination with Direct Manager and agree on specific terms prior to the contract signature meeting and the new joiners’ official documents collection </p><p>• Ensure applicants’ information updates on systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy </p><p>• Participate in the preparation and execution of key projects such as Open Days and Job Fairs </p><p>• Handle the Christmas seasonal project by securing an efficient and proper implementation as per the set plan </p><p>• Oversee and ensure proper planning and execution of the job shadowing program to reach successful results </p><p>• Implement and follow up on the Recruitment Ambassador program </p><p>• Assist in the recruitment process of the back-office positions </p><p>• Assess the success of each project/activity and raise recommendations following the implementation phase </p><p>• Monitor the referral process and implementation and recommend corrective actions, when needed </p><p>• Review the policies and procedures, identify room for improvement and systems enhancement • Handle the department archiving system and implementation </p><p><strong>Employee Wellbeing </strong></p><p>• Develop strong working relationships with front liners and ensure continuous alignment for optimal results </p><p>• Conduct flagship site visits to offer guidance and support </p><p>• Conduct exit interviews for front liners and address issues with concerned, when needed </p><p><strong>Reports & Analysis </strong></p><p>• Issue weekly metrics reports, analyze data and suggest enhancement recommendations </p><p>• Participate in the preparation of the front-line dashboards on a quarterly basis </p><p>• Analyze the exit interview insights, highlight the areas for improvement and follow up on the actions </p><p><strong>Others </strong></p><p>• Handle the TA payment and invoices in coordination with the Accounting team and keep track </p><p>• Maintain effective coordination with different stakeholders for successful initiatives and results </p><p>• Remain up-to-date with the latest development and best practices in the field </p><p>• Perform other job-related duties as assigned based on business needs</p>
