Job Description
- Work to interpret project requirements to design, integrate, source, and implement software and hardware designs to meet projects deliverables on schedule.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure functional requirements and hardware designs meet the needs of the project deliverables.
- Implement the PLC, SAS & RTU hardware and software applications.
- Undertake the testing of software and hardware including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance and site acceptance testing.
- Participate in the investigation of technical problems and the establishment of procedures & corrective actions.
- Analyze customer problems, resolve, and close customer complaints as per assignment from team leader.
- Provide customer support during warranty periods.
- Create thorough projects’ documentation and specifications of power systems’ components.
- Remains abreast of the latest developments in engineering specialty to guide future development efforts.
- Correspond with external third parties (e.g. clients, contractors, and/or manufacturers) regarding information and technical queries
