It is an exciting time to work in the field of AI to create a long-lasting impact.<p><br></p>The Systems Analyst will be responsible to provide technical guidance in analyzing, planning, implementing, and executing business-specific processes using different applications, and work with the business teams to develop and manage processes for optimization and automation purposes through ERP technology, establish best practices within the user community, and handel strategy projects as the subject matter expert in terms of project management.<p><br></p><strong>As a Senior Systems Analyst, your daily workload might include:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work with the business units to develop and manage processes for optimization and automation purposes</li><li>Develop organizational transformation roadmap that includes software tools implementation and project management</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives</li><li>Identify and communicate risks, issues and potential solution strategies along with providing status</li><li>Develop and maintain company dashboards and reporting processes</li><li>Recommend systems for internal use to streamline, automate processes, and meet the business needs. </li><li>Analyze data to identify trends and make informed business decisions</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Our target profile is candidates with…</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, MIS, or a related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly </li><li>Experience with data visualization and dashboard development</li><li>Strong understanding of software development methodologies</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills</li><li>Experience with software selection and implementation process</li><li>Experience with SQL, programming languages and BI tools </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><strong>We think you’ll enjoy working at Mozn.
