The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on an iconic mixed-use development in the UAE. The master planned development will hold, residential, hotels, retail, and commercial units.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the development of client climate change, sustainability and/or social value strategies on individual projects, including agreeing project outcomes and ensuring their delivery by the project team.
- Being a technical expert and promote innovation in a particular area of sustainability, such as waste, energy/carbon, water, responsible sourcing of materials, sustainable buildings, etc.
- Being a pro-active generalist, able to cover all major issues of sustainability with all relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting work winning through bid support, innovation, and client liaison.
- Supporting the drive for Mace to be a leader in climate change and sustainability.
About You
You have practical experience in the following sectors would be beneficial: Infrastructure (e.g., rail, highways, aviation, defence, energy, utilities, nuclear) along with experience in project, contractor, stakeholder engagement or delivering employment and skills requirements.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
