If you identify with any of the following communities do not hesitate to register.<p><br></p>Company Name: Atkins Job Description<p><br></p>Sustainability Manager (Multiple Projects)<p><br></p>Manage the process of LEED certification for several projects at different design stages simultaneously Develop an efficient way of facilitating the delivery of third party sustainability rating system scopes on projects<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Should have excellent knowledge of the LEED Online platform and can support design teams in populating the requirements Have a clear understanding of sustainability rating tools requirements, and the have the ability to be able to communicate and disseminate this information to the relevant teams effectively and efficiently<p><br></p>Ensure the evidence provided are in compliance with LEED credit requirements<p><br></p>Support the development of energy models using IES to present daylight analyses, thermal comfort and energy requirements of new and existing developments for LEED compliance<p><br></p>Should have excellent reporting skills conveying the required actions across in a clear manner<p><br></p><strong>Key Competencies / Skills</strong><p><br></p>Have the skills to manage over a dozen LEED projects in a well-organized manner, and supporting on the energy modelling ensure an efficient and smooth delivery service<p><br></p>Chartered / Professional in Environment, Energy or Engineering LEED Accredited Professional under the Building Design and Construction scheme at a minimum.<p><br></p><strong>Experience In LEED 2009 And LEED V4 Is Essential.</strong><p><br></p>Ideally the candidate should have working knowledge of LEED Operations and Maintenance and Neighbourhood Development schemes.<p><br></p>Have previous experience in private international consultants Excellent communication skills<p><br></p>Adaptable and willing to contribute to other disciplines as required (waste management, building physics and environment)<p><br></p>SNC Lavalin’s Program Advisory Atkins business is one of the largest multidisciplinary, multi sector engineering design consultancies in the world and is part of the SNC Lavalin Group.<p><br></p>As one of the world’s most respected design, engineering and project management consultancies with a leading track record in the defence sector, Atkins are ideally placed to respond to this market.
