Senior Specialist – Product Development

<p>MyFatoorah is the leading Fintech and payment solutions provider in Kuwait, with regional operations and growth across the GCC &amp; Egypt.</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Development professional to join our family in Kuwait – you will play a crucial role in the development and management of new/existing products by analyzing data, identifying market gaps, and implementing MyFatoorah’s product development strategy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You’re the subject-matter-expert to internal and external stakeholders on a portfolio of Fintech products, providing support, guidance and consultancy.</li><li>Research industry trends and identifying market gaps/business opportunities to provide innovative solutions in line with the company’s growth strategy and relevant guidelines.</li><li>Formulate and administer project objectives and milestones for all concerned business functions (Finance, Technology, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, etc…)</li><li>Develop clear manuals of product specifications and educating stakeholders on go-to-market strategies for new products in line with the company’s growth and market acquisition strategy.</li><li>Work closely with internal and external technology partners, service providers (such as card schemes, Banks, Financial services providers, etc…) to analyze product performance and KPI’s.</li><li>Spearhead end-to-end management of product development projects, from conceptualizing, through feasibility and requirements assessment, all the way to launching and monitoring.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in aspects of Business Management.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a product development/management role is a must.</li><li>Experience within the following industries is a plus: Financial Services, IT Solutions, E-Commerce, Telecommunications.</li><li>Deep understanding of the Kuwaiti market and culture.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (Languages: Arabic &amp; English).</li></ul>
