<p><strong>CPX is looking to fill the vacancy of a Senior Specialist Business Applications Support to Provide day-to-day operational support to one or more of the Corporate Business Applications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of any new or existing Corporate Business Applications projects and ensure that the implemented solutions are as per industry best practices</li><li>Provide day-to-day operational support, including responding to incidents, service requests, and tasks</li><li>Responsible for the health and performance of any new or existing Corporate Business Applications</li><li>Ensure optimization of any new or existing ETL and EDW environments.</li><li>Actively participate in the design and continual improvements of the corporate business architecture.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for a few or more of the below Corporate Business Applications: </li></ul><ol><li>Microsoft SharePoint</li><li>Microsoft Project Server (EPM)</li><li>Microsoft SQL</li><li>Power BI</li><li>Salesforce</li><li>Confluence</li><li>Adobe Pro Signer</li></ol><ul><li>Analyze data from existing Corporate Business Applications and produce technical and business reports for consumption by departmental managers.</li><li>Take ownership of all the Corporate Business Applications integrations and work closely with Internal and external partners</li><li>Work with business users across the organization to gather and understand business requirements and convert them into deliverables</li><li>Directly provide user training and training materials to corporate users when required.</li><li>Follow ITIL best practices when resolving support tickets and deploying changes to the environment</li><li>Provide advanced-level advice, guidance, and assistance to less experienced colleagues</li><li>Ensure compliance with all approved policies and processes</li><li>Take ownership of all the assigned projects and tasks, and follow the agreed timelines</li><li>Upgrade knowledge and skills in the domain continuously</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent</li><li>7+ Yrs. of relevant experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Certifications/Training:</strong></p><ul><li>Project Management Professional (PMP)</li><li>Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)</li><li>Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, Google, G42)</li><li>ITIL v3 Foundation or higher</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Presentation</li><li>Detailed documentation and proof-reading</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability</li><li>Decision making</li><li>Emotional intelligence</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Problem-solving</li><li>Analytical thinking</li><li>Accountability and responsibility</li></ul><p></p>
