<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>Candidates for this role are responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining coiled tubing electric downhole tools.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Working with the Service Manager or Project Manager to understand the scope of work.</li><li>Preparing for offshore/onshore installation service trips – assembling tools, equipment, and packing.</li><li>Assembly of Electrical and Mechanical tools and sub-systems in lab.</li><li>Performing Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA) in the field.</li><li>Performing maintenance service, repair, and redress on the tools.</li><li>Perform troubleshooting of hardware and software.</li><li>Generation of service Reports.</li><li>Contribute to the development of new electronic modules.</li><li>Continuous improvements and maintenance of existing hardware or software.</li><li>Define, lead, and implement data infrastructure for operations.</li><li>Calculations and analysis.</li><li>Preparation of product qualification test and assembly procedures, as well as test reports / documentation.</li><li>Follow-up, and participation in prototype/concept testing.</li><li>Follow-up of progress, including coordination if needed in production, qualification testing, electronics development, and assembly.</li><li> When not in the field, duties include preparing materials for offshore/onshore work, systems build, maintenance and repair service for the tool, and other related work.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education: </strong></p><ul><li>Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Technology, or higher diploma with 10+ years of related field experience in analog and digital electronics, analog instrumentation, signal conditioning, data communication, and transmission.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in field deployment of CT electric downhole tools.</li><li>Must have the ability to engage in multiple projects, a demonstrated working knowledge/experience with analog and digital electronics, and data acquisition systems.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electronic components and their operating principles.</li><li>Knowledge of software, tools and instruments for testing, programming, and logging data.</li><li>Proactive with an energetic attitude towards developing new technology, products, and continual improvements.</li><li>Creative, practical, and organized.</li><li>Self-driven and ability to take the lead.</li><li>Experience in mechanical integration with electric motors and sensor technology is a big advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures</strong></p><ul><li>Act as focal point of all field services activity, policies, processes, and procedure manual, so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.</li><li>Ensure work is completed out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering best in class service client.</li><li>Manage cost-efficient utilization of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Management of Change process, by obtaining required approvals and communicating to key stakeholders prior to changing any pre-planned or procedural activities.
