<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><ul><li>Determine customers’ needs.</li><li>Design and develop business solutions.</li><li>Manage and deliver projects.</li><li>Follow up customers.</li><li>Continual improve our solutions’ performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Visit customers to gather their business needs.</li><li>Design hardware and software solutions.</li><li>PLC and hardware programming.</li><li>Prepare technical proposals</li><li>Contact suppliers, negotiate, and request quotations</li><li>Prepare cost sheets for projects in studying phase</li><li>Full Solution implementation.</li><li>Users’ training.</li><li>Customers follow up&nbsp;and support.</li><li>Monitor solution performance regularly.</li><li>Documenting all projects’ processes and lessons learned.</li><li>Continual improve and develop business solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor in Engineering, preferred in Mechatronics</li><li>3:5 years Experience in PLC and embedded</li><li>Time management</li><li>Project management</li><li>Communication and presentation skills</li><li>Extrovert personality</li></ul>
