Your Responsibilities

  • The Senior Solutions Architect has the overall responsibility of designing, implementing, and executing a cloud migration strategy with our clients, cross-service teams, and third-party partners.
  • Delineate system/application authorization boundaries based on logical (technical & physical) network boundaries while maintaining alignment with existing architecture and lines of the budget.
  • Categorize systems by information type and impact levels.
  • Design and deploy cloud solutions in compliance with industry standards and their associated downstream standards.
  • Provide detailed reference architecture based on solutions and integrating them with third-party hardware/software applications such as firewalls, load balancers, and other network components required to deliver a fully functional UC/CC solution.
  • Perform discovery of customer environments.
  • Develop cloud deployment workbooks including Solution Design Documents, maintain Visio diagrams of network design, and other deployment requirements.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of IT personnel consisting of Product Line Managers, security and compliance personnel early in the system development lifecycle to determine what requirements must be met before the accreditation of a new system.
  • Create, review and/or evaluate technical scopes of work.
  • Effectively represent solutions architecture to sales, security, customer, and compliance authorization personnel.

Your Qualifications

  • The Senior Solutions Architect will need to understand the adoption challenges of implementing Unified Communication and Contact Center infrastructure and application stacks
  • Strong RHEL and Microsoft Windows Server experience including deployment, installation, implementation, upgrading, and patching.
  • Strong VMWare toolset experience including deployment, installation, implementation, upgrading, and patching.
  • Strong experience with data security, data governance, PCI, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience engineering or delivering solutions relating to cloud architecture
  • Demonstrable experience with cloud and infrastructure on cloud platforms
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience deploying a full UC/CC solutions.
