Job Description

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify the team members’ potential problems and support them.</li><li>Report the bug without back and force communication with developers.</li><li>Understand the client’s comments without back and force communication with the client.</li><li>Understand project business logic &amp; objectives.</li><li>Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.</li><li>Design, execute, and maintain test cases.</li><li>Report issues through bug-tracking systems.</li><li>Investigate reported issues and follow up until they are resolved.</li><li>Contribute to quality and functionality improvement of the software.</li><li>Troubleshoot application issues in all environments. </li><li>Third-party solutions testing.</li><li>Implement contingency plans in case the software goes down or repeated issues. </li><li>Implement agile methodology and techniques in the software development life cycle.</li><li>Understanding of the Software Testing Cycle in the Agile process model.</li><li>Cross-platform testing.</li><li>Cross Browser Testing.</li><li>Multi-Device Testing (Mobile, Tablets, Desktops/Laptops).</li><li>Make constant research about new updates and new technologies and recommend it to the technical head.</li><li>Make sprint demo for Client and Project Manage and Tech. head and Product Owner.</li><li>Ability to define Use cases and Test scenarios/cases.</li><li>Experience creating QA Strategy, Test Plan, and other QA-related Documents.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>+3 years of Experience as a software QC Engineer.</li><li>Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.</li><li>Experience with Selenium Web Driver.</li><li>Experience with Appium.</li><li>Experience in API/Web Service Testing (tools like Postman).</li><li>Experience with Performance, Load/Stress Testing (tools like JMeter, VSTS, and Load Runner).</li><li>Good experience with CI/CD based on bitbucket pipelines, GitHub actions, and Jenkins.</li><li>Experience with Security testing for tasks to meet owasp security standards. </li><li>Knowledge of the new technologies of machine learning, chatbots, crypto, and recommendation systems.</li><li>Good Knowledge of security methodologies and security standards Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.</li><li>Experience with complex client-side data flows, consuming APIs and JSON.</li><li>Experience in an Agile/Scrum technique.</li><li>knowledge of SQL databases.</li></ul><p><br></p>
