Job Description

  • Be able to design a solution that matches the customer’s requirements using our existing products, reusable components and define new services modules to offer a comprehensive solution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the newest products updates
  • Maintain direct communication with the Technical Excellence Manager to validate the proposed solutions with the products’ structure.
  • Have an adequate background that will allow him to size the environment specification for cloud-based on-premise deployments.
  • Attend meetings with potential Clients to gather and analyze the technical and business requirements.
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
  • Able to deliver an end-to-end professional technical proposal with a clear scope and solution design.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Develop professional presentable presales material like PowerPoint slides, product descriptions, architecture documents…etc
  • Build and customize demo environment to be tailored to customer needs.
  • Support the sales team in presenting the solution design and benefits to the customer
  • Conduct analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training
  • Engage with partners to provide an integrated offering with the best user experience.
  • Engage with technology partners and attend technical forums to keep updated on state-of-the-art technology
