By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.<br><br></p><p><strong>What your day will look like:<br><br></strong></p><p>•Participation in the conception, development, and rollout of national and international software projects<br>•Continual development of existing solutions<br>•Contributing your own concepts and ideas to product development<br>•Supporting customer representatives in analyzing and mapping requirements<br>•Working closely with our clients in workshops and user interviews<br>•Taking on team, customer, and technology responsibility<strong><br><br>About you: <br><br></strong></p><p>•Degree in application development (e.g., IT specialist, business IT specialist, or comparable qualification)<br>•Good communication skills<br>•Structured, goal-oriented work style with good analytical skills<br>•Proficient programming skills and solid experience in object-oriented and component-oriented development with Visual Basic, C#, or Java<br>•Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML<br>•Good knowledge of standard SQL for database access and the creation of database objects (Oracle/MS SQL Server)<br>•Ability to develop applications in a structured team environment, recognize hierarchical structures of components, and maintain them<br>•Enthusiasm for new topics and ability to quickly learn new skills<br>•English skills (if possible also German)<strong><br><br>Technology Stack:<br></strong>•Object-oriented and component-oriented development with Visual Basic, C#<br>•Websites with ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML<br>•WCF web services with programming language C#<br>•Database queries, procedures, functions, and triggers in the DBMS Oracle and SQL Server<br><br></p>
