Job Description
As a Senior Social Media representative at Tamatem, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of Tamatem’s corporate social media presence and brand engagement across all platforms, in alignment with brand voice, business strategies, and audience objectives.
You will:
- Collaborate with Social Media Supervisor and team members to support creative content plans (designs for banners, videos, posts, and photography).
- Help build and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok and Snapchat, as well as any new/emerging platforms.
- Assist with planning, development, and implementation of social media strategies, content calendars, and tactical plans; ensuring that all social media messages, measurements, and content are relevant to the target audience.
- Pull social media monitoring reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, analyze the data, and set goals on how to enhance the performance next month and quarter.
- Understand current trends, events, technologies, and advancements in social, mobile, and online review sites.
- Dedicate time on each social site to interact with followers, create a deeper level of engagement on social media sites, and flag any concerning posts to the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Post content to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Snapchat accounts regularly.
- Check trending apps and top games on App Store and Google Play store and keep up to date with the gaming and technology industry.
- Play our games on a weekly basis and understand new features added and the audience we’re targeting.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
