A leading oil and gas company in UAE

Job Description: 

 Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and other building systems.

 Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules

 Develops the schedules and work of maintenance staff

 Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects

 Supervise up to 5 Maintenance Staff

Skills

Qualifications:

 Open to India and Nepal nationals

 Male

 At least 10 years supervisory role in HVAC, building maintenance, or constructions in the UAE 

 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
