Job description:<br><br><p><strong>Job Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<br><br></strong></p><p> <br><br></p><p>• Respond to RFQs and prepare ONG customers’ costing and rates<br><br></p><p>• Develop supply chain solutions for ONG customers.<br><br></p><p>•Analyze and disseminate strategic information to ensure bid process effectiveness                                                  <br><br></p><p>• Lead the monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with customers.<br>• Set customer SLA’s as per the operational capacities and legal requirements.<br><br></p><p>• Develop contingency management of customer demands.<br><br></p><p>• Makes sure customers SLAs are met.<br><br></p><p>• Reduce service failures to mitigate credit notes.<br><br></p><p>• Ensure and improve service levels through regular customer’s feedback.<br><br></p><p>• Reporting any information that might impact Company image and brand or functioning<br><br></p><p>• Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.<br><br></p><p>• Develop and maintain the Supply Chain Team’s response and recovery plan during a disruptive incident, using the tools and templates provided by the local business continuity coordinator working within the BIE team.<br><br></p><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:<br><br></strong></p><p> <br><br></p><ul> <li>Bachelor degree in relevant field</li> <li>2 – 3 years relevant working experience in Oil &amp; Gas projects  with a freight forwarder <strong>(Export &amp; Import Ocean freight Sector is a must )</strong></li> <li>Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel. Knowledge in MS Access is a plus</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of MS Excel intermediate to advance formulas and macros</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li> <li>Strong coordination skills among various work groups and with different levels</li> <li>Good organizational and problem solving skills</li> <li>Proactive team player and able to work in a fast pace environment</li> <li>Flexibility to do overtime during certain time of the year</li></ul>
