About the role

Job purpose
The CTIO department is in charge of decision-making information systems, serving Orange Business Services different line of businesses such as marketing, pre-sales, sales, production, after-sales services, and customer-service for both France and international domains.

In this context, the O range R eporting and A nalytics (ORA) system is the new digital reporting solution for Orange Business Services customers. This application will be developed in Agile SCRUM mode brings advanced analytical features to go beyond the historical contractual reporting features which used to be provided by the customers’ service managers. This will add more value and meeting the customers’ expectations regarding what to be reported, the look & feel, accuracy of the report, report availability and reliability.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
The Scrum Master will work closely with the technical lead of the ORA development team as well as the business Analyst responsible for the business requirement alignment with the IT capabilities.

In an Agile context, the SCRUM Master is required to undertake the following responsibilities:
– Act as a servant leader to the development team
– Oversee design, implementation, QA, and validation of programming code and products
– Create project outlines and timelines and distribute responsibilities to team members
– Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle
– Check deliverables against requirements to ensure compliance
– Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the development in Agile methodology
– Responsible to remove the impediments for the development team.
– Arrange daily stand-up meetings; facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
– Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting
– Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application managers, product owner and delivery manager.
– Document progress and communicate to delivery manager and product owner.
– Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
