Duties include; gather requirements, problem solving, SAP and CTRM configuration, application support, project implementation, progress report generation. This position will require direct interaction with end-users, business leaders, Shareholders and IT. This position will support, train, maintain and administer policies and procedures for ensuring security and integrity of the company’s critical business applications</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assists with the implementation of SAP and CTRM.</li><li>Perform SAP configuration, support and testing activities.</li><li>Support SAP Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis.</li><li>Training of core business users and preparing for go-live activities.</li><li>Support SAP post go-live activities.</li><li>Interacts regularly and directly with various business groups and users to understand and analyze business problems in an effort to lead toward viable solutions.</li><li>Documents functional specifications for new requirements and application configuration.</li><li>Configures applications and interprets functionality for business users.</li><li>Works closely with technical developers as needed.</li><li>Document and communicate changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance.</li><li>Document user manuals.</li><li>Perform other related duties as requested by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have more than 5 working years in SAP FI-CO environment.</li><li>Involved in at least 3 end to end cycle of SAP Finance (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement).</li><li>Knowledge of SAP TRM will be a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Be able to explain and demonstrate system and solutions.</li><li>Knowledge ofSAP and CTRM.</li><li>Skill in developing process models, data flow diagrams, user manuals using industry-standard modeling techniques (Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and Project) or SAP Signavio.</li><li>Skill in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new concepts.</li><li>Solid verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to give, receive, or share thoughts, ideas, perspective, and data to create shared understanding.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Soft Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Good business acumen</li><li>Good communication skills and willingness to work with people of varied cultures</li><li>Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize, plan tasks, and respect deadlines)</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Teamwork skills/ team spirit</li><li>Ability to work under stress and respond to tight deadlines</li><li>High level of autonomy/self-discipline</li><li>Proactiveness</li><li>Curious keen to learn and ready for new challenges</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Languages:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of English</li><li>Knowledge of any other language is a plus (French)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Accessibility:</strong></p><p>As a global business, we rely on diversity of culture and thought to deliver on our goals.
