<strong>Careers that Change Lives<br></strong> <p><br></p>Pursue a career with Medtronic in the healthcare field that has the ability to change lives and enhance the quality of life of patients.<p><br></p><strong> A Day in the Life </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Promotes and sells Medtronic’s CRM products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. </li><li> Works to achieve individual sales targets within geographic area by developing new customers and/or expanding existing accounts. </li><li> Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including, but not limited to physician practices, general cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and key opinion leaders. </li><li> Conducts and/or evaluates market research including customers and competitors’ activities. </li><li> Develops and/or implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. </li><li> Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders. </li><li> Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in sales processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area. </li><li> Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products or solutions for which training has been completed. </li><li> Successfully completes CRM Field Technical Training – including online and field-based training. </li><li> Supports implants of all CRM products post sign-off. </li><li> Completes all assigned trainings in a timely manner. <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Must Haves </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree.</li><li> 4+ years medical sales experience in hospital environment selling to interventional cardiologists & electrophysiologists.</li><li> Experience selling and servicing diagnostic and/or monitoring devices.</li><li> Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel</li><li> Computer literacy.</li><li> Available/willing to work/travel weekends and evenings.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Nice to Haves </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> MBA is a plus<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong> We Offer </strong><p><br></p>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees:<p><br></p><ul><li> Flexible working environment.</li><li> Annual Incentive Plan % depending on company results.</li><li> Pension scheme and group discount on healthcare insurance.</li><li> Training possibilities via Cornerstone/Harvard Manage Monitor/Skills Lab.</li><li> Employee Assistance Program and Recognize!
