Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Expand commercial display, Project Sales, AI/IOT, Solution Sales business in the target area and achieve sales target;
2. Responsible for guiding the development, maintenance and operation monitoring of sales channels;
3. Responsible for guiding the obtaining and processing of orders and risk assessment and control during order negotiation;
4. Master market dynamics and competitive situation of the target area;
5. Responsible for formulating and implementing sales plan;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and meet monthly assigned target.
Qualifications:
1. More than 8-10 + years sales related work experience, able to develop the market independently; experience in professional commercial display sales Sensors, AR/VR Tech ,LED, Display ,AI/IOT Solutions, Active LED Display Solutions, large channel operators, and industry well-known enterprise is preferred;
2. Creation of Assignment Matrix based on the project requirements to plan, schedule, procure & execute by assigning workforce and resources to meet the assigned Target.
3. Co-ordinate with consultants, contractor (MEP & AV) for the projects requirements in Retail, Corporate, Industrial, Transportation, Healthcare, Government etc. (Prior Experience in Project Management will be preferred)
4. Familiar with channel , SI, distribution skills, GTM Skills,
5. Quick thinking, good in customer communication and relationship management, excellent negotiation , sales and marketing skills;
6. Adapt to business trips according to business needs.
