If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The main responsibilities will include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.</li><li>Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.</li><li>Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team across KSA.</li><li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.</li><li>Monitor and analyse sales performance data and present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Open to candidates willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia who has previous experience in KSA.</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum 10+ years of Sales experience within the agricultural industry in KSA/MEA.</strong> R&amp;D background within Agriculture/ Foodtech/ Biological science is a plus.</li><li><strong>Strong understanding of the agricultural market in Saudi including knowledge of market ranges and competitors. </strong></li><li>Results-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-driven individual.</li><li>Proven track record of driving sales revenues and achieving market growth targets on a YoY basis.</li><li><strong>Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
