About the job Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
- Ensure that customer transactions are successfully and efficiently completed.
- Provide effective operations support to the sales team.
- Provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements and arrange visits to view the properties.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations in Real Estate.
- Previous experience in a Sales Operations / Finance Role.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry.
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting / Finance or any other
- relevant discipline.
