Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Execute the sales value chain of; identify lead- qualify lead-request for quote (RFQ’s)-quotations-negotiation-closing deal & handover to Execution
2. Maximize sales efforts as per set targets and sales visit plans to strengthen existing customer base as well as identify new business/customers to maximize profit targets for Milaha Feeder
3. Develop further awareness of the Feeder segment by talking to potential clients – identifying & qualifying identify leads
4. Coordinate products/services sold to our customers and ensure needs are met by our customer service and DOH/DXB Operations teams
5. Develop and maintain future sales objectives as well as contribute to the development of Milaha’s marketing strategy which includes competition and customer profiles, weekly/monthly performance statistics and analysis of same from CS management review
6. Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Experience:
Min 4 years of relevant experience
Geographic Experience:
Preferred min 2 years in a shipping company
Computer Skills:
Microsoft office package (word/excel/power point)
Language Skills:
Fluent English (verbal and writing) and fluent in language common to market majority being served (verbal)
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of the Maritime industry – ISC/Gulf in particular
