<p>FSA Bahrain is looking for candidates for the role of Senior Sales Executive to be based in Bahrain. Could it be you?</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description </strong></p><ul><li>Maintain existing client base and develop new clients in Logistics. Provide continuous and high standard of service to clients. </li><li>Achieve sales targets both in terms of revenue and volume for Logistics. Prepare and submit accurate revenue reports and deliver within set time frame.</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategy to grow revenue, select and target prospective customers. Execute strategy, tactics and guidelines to achieve new client base.</li><li>Resolve problems through collaboration with local management team on issues regarding customers. Record information accurately and resolve the issues promptly.</li><li>Monitor and update the credit limits required by existing and new clients, issuing Spot Credits and major emphasis on ageing and payments. Follow up on credit control list and ageing list in timely manner to avoid accounting issues.</li><li>Promote self development and enhance market and competitor knowledge. Ensure to upgrade and refresh personal capabilities through sales and product trainings.</li><li>Bahrain Driving License.</li><li>Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills.</li><li>Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with 1 – 2 years local working experience.</li><li>High level of industry knowledge.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirement </strong></p><ul><li>Ability to communicate within and outside FSA using the English language.</li><li>Prioritisation skills – necessary for daily multi-tasking between responsibilities.</li><li>Keen attention to details – needed for daily tasks (updating database, writing reports, communication, etc.)</li><li>Selling and influencing skills – ability to convince clients to avail services being promoted.</li><li>Presentation- necessary for sales visits and important meetings.</li><li>Graduate – University Degree.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you think you have what it takes to become part of the FSA Bahrain team, we look forward to receiving your application.</p>
