We offer complete recruitment solution including Permanent, Contract and Temporary Indian &amp; Expat personnel across the<strong> oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, mining, infrastructure, power and water sectors </strong>around the Globe.<br><br><strong>Desired Candidate Profile<br><br></strong>Graduate / Diploma Electrical Engineers with experience in Motor Rewinding Sales (Preferably in Local Market/ Gulf).<br><br>Proven track record with 2 to 3 years’ sales experience within the Motor Rewinding industry and/or 5 years plus sales experience in a related field<br><br>Strong understanding and knowledge of Motor Rewinding business<br><br>Understanding of local competition, the community and market rates in order to drive results<br><br>Ability to work individually in a fast paced environment with minimal support<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>Possess solid computer experience, organizational and communicative skills.<br><br>Candidate will be required to visit various clients and check the motors conditions and depending on the condition advise for doing rewinding of motors or overhauling. The in-house facility is available for motor rewinding and overhauling.<br><br>As a Field Sales Representative, the successful candidate is responsible for:<br><br>Territory management and revenue growth through on site visits to customer job sites<br><br>Contact potential customers via visits, telephone or internet<br><br>Plan and organize business strategies to achieve desired results<br><br>Identify customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitor pricing<br><br>Penetrate customer at the strategic level to diversify customer base to include, traditional and nontraditional accounts<br><br>Expo Universe (www.expouniverse.com) is a Specialist International Recruitment Company in the Engineering and Technical Recruitment Domain.
