Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
- Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.
- Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers.
- Revise and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
- Revise, Scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
- Regularly meet with Sales Manager/Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
- Will be responsible for maintaining stock for trading, coordinating with production for the timely delivery.
- Achieve target sales volume and turnover.
- Achieve cost-effective sales coverage of his territory. Quotation/Tender presentation &follow-up.
- Make professional client presentations that promote price-value advantage.
- Report on all relevant competitive/market activities. Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Perform any other work assigned by immediate supervisor.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills:
- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Marketing
- Experience: 8+ years of experience into sales and marketing with Tyre rethreading knowledge
- Skills: Well, trained in selling products related to rubber with wide market knowledge.
