Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
  • Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
  • Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.
  • Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers.
  • Revise and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers. 
  • Revise, Scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
  • Regularly meet with Sales Manager/Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining stock for trading, coordinating with production for the timely delivery.
  • Achieve target sales volume and turnover. 
  • Achieve cost-effective sales coverage of his territory. Quotation/Tender presentation &follow-up. 
  • Make professional client presentations that promote price-value advantage. 
  • Report on all relevant competitive/market activities. Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Perform any other work assigned by immediate supervisor.

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Marketing 
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience into sales and marketing with Tyre rethreading knowledge 
  • Skills:  Well, trained in selling products related to rubber with wide market knowledge.
