Senior Sales Consultant- Motorcycle/ Bikes

Responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets selling all line up for our sister company Protech Powered Sports Co.

  • Handle the administrative sales process issue invoicing, payments, and vehicle delivery as per company standards.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and annually sales targets.
  • Responsible for building relationship with customers through regular contacts and follow ups as per CRM routines.
  • Assist in showroom vehicle moves, merchandise, and display maintenance and routine.
  • Participate on dealership meetings and get trainings certification.
  • Hunter profile, aiming to build new relationship (prospects).
  • Build relationships with other brands and customers in order to collect best practices in the market.
  • Canโ€“do attitude. Able to convert a dissatisfied customer into a sale.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
  • Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
  • Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
  • Proven record of successful sales results and target overcoming
  • Understand customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Ability to persuade customers and encourage them to purchase from the brands under Protech.
  • Ownership vision and aim for profitability.
