<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team and help us achieve our revenue targets. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Relationship management:</strong> The Sales Account Manager must build and maintain relationships with clients. This involves being a reliable point of contact, responding to client inquiries and needs, as well as establishing regular communication.</li><li><strong>Sales forecasting:</strong> As a Sales Account Manager, you will work to predict future sales volumes and trends, so you can better plan and allocate resources accordingly.</li><li><strong>Sales strategy:</strong> Sales Account Managers work with their team to develop a sales strategy that is targeted toward a specific audience. They may implement different sales techniques such as price discounts, bundle sales, and product promotions.</li><li><strong>Customer satisfaction:</strong> The Sales Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that the customer is happy with the product and service they received. This may include responding to any complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.</li><li><strong>Identifying new business opportunities:</strong> The Sales Account Manager must always be on the lookout for new business opportunities. This may include identifying new market trends and creating new marketing campaigns.</li><li><strong>Sales performance tracking:</strong> As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for tracking sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
