<p><strong>Job brief:</strong></p><p>• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team.</p><p>• As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS software, managing key accounts, and exceeding sales targets.</p><p>• Your expertise in consultative selling, relationship building, and closing deals will be instrumental in contributing to the company’s growth.</p><p>• If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering results, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for our SaaS software.</p><p>• Identify and prospect new business opportunities, conduct market research, and build a robust sales pipeline.</p><p>• Engage with prospects and customers to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives.</p><p>• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our SaaS software.</p><p>• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create customized solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements.</p><p>• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.</p><p>• Manage and grow existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.</p><p>• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our SaaS software and differentiate it in the market.</p><p>• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.</p><p>• Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to their development.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and skills:</strong></p><p>• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry or software solutions sector and F&amp;B. Experience with ERP software is a plus.</p><p>• Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.</p><p>• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and position our software as a solution.</p><p>• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.</p><p>• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.</p><p>• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and forecasting.</p><p>• Proficiency in using CRM tools and systems for lead management and sales tracking.</p><p>• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.</p><p>• Note: This position requires occasional travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.</p>
