Senior Risk Manager

Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join our team. As the joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is dedicated to delivering exceptional Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Risk Manager will play a key role in ensuring the success of these programs by identifying, mitigating, and managing risks. This individual will have the opportunity to work on exciting and complex civil engineering programs, and contribute to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain the program risk management plan and policies</li><li>Establish and maintain a risk register for each program</li><li>Engage with project teams to identify, analyze, and evaluate risks and opportunities</li><li>Develop and maintain a project risk analysis methodology</li><li>Lead risk assessment workshops and meetings</li><li>Develop project risk mitigation strategies and track the implementation of risk responses</li><li>Provide regular risk reports to senior management and stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field</li><li>At least 10 years of experience in risk management on large-scale civil engineering programs</li><li>Experience with risk assessment methodologies such as Monte Carlo simulation and/or sensitivity analysis</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining risk management plans and policies</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to lead risk assessment workshops and meetings</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.</li></ul>
