My client, an Architectural & Engineering Consultancy requires a Senior Resident Engineer for a large 5* Hotel projects, This is a ON SITE role. They are seeking either a Qualified Architect or Civil Engineer ( from a Reputable University) together with 20 years' experience, of which 15 years spent in a construction site based role working in consultancy (NOT Contractor) with 5 years' experience on a Hotel project – 5*.
