Also RNZ produces Sulphur based products using</span></p><p><span>Thiogro patented process in technical collaboration with Shell. RNZ runs a</span></p><p><span>full fledged Research Centre working on ideation to commercial production of</span></p><p><span>patented, fully sustainable biostimulants and bio pesticides for meeting</span></p><p><span>future farming needs. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity: </strong><span>Scientist (Biostimulants- R&D) will explore cost-effective</span></p><p><span>local feed-stock materials for the development of plant bio-stimulants. The</span></p><p><span>incumbent will develop advanced bio-stimulant formulations for fertigation,</span></p><p><span>hydroponic, vertical farming, foliar and seed coating applications.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Creating research proposals</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Planning and conducting experiments</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Collecting samples</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Monitoring experiments</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Recording and analysing data</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Collaborating with other researchers and academia to develop new</span></p><p><span>techniques and products</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Supervising junior staff</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Carrying out fieldwork and monitoring environmental factors</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Researching and writing published papers</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific developments</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Education: Ph. D degree in Agriculture sciences, Life sciences, and</span></p><p><span>Organic chemistry (specialization with natural product chemistry) from a</span></p><p><span>recognized university</span></p><p><span>Experience: min 5+ years of strong experience in in the development of</span></p><p><span>bioactive based agri-input products.
