In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Technical Support, channel partners, and customers to expedite the sale and closure of all maintenance and subscription renewals. In this critical sales position, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory to meet or exceed targets for maintenance and subscription renewals. This is a vital sales role within our organization and requires incredibly high levels of customer service and account management.<br><br>You’re the ideal candidate if you are a committed, detail-oriented, effective communicator, self-starter with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.<br><br><strong>What you’ll do:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets</li><li>Responsible for the timely generation of renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of Infoblox maintenance and subscription renewals</li><li>Coordinate with external parties and sales team to ensure renewals are renewed on-time</li><li>Provide and maintain a detailed 120-day forecast in Salesforce.com</li><li>Execute on upsell opportunities, including co-termination and multi-year Renewals</li><li>Collaborate with Account Executives to maximize customer value to translate to high customer retention and renewal rates</li><li>Maintain and update Salesforce records to summarize all customer and partner contacts and opportunities</li><li>Communicate sales activity with the manager through regularly scheduled account reviews</li><li>Support manager with special projects as requested<br><br></li></ul><strong>What you’ll bring:<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of sales, sales support, or service renewal experience (preferably networking industry)</li><li>Expert working knowledge of the service business, including co-termination, service terms, terms, and conditions, etc.</li><li>History of quota over-achievement</li><li>Experience working with both internal and external customers in a multi-tier channel environment</li><li>Ability to work with and effectively communicate with senior-level management</li><li>Strong communication skills to clearly and accurately convey complex service concepts to internal and client-facing teams at all management levels</li><li>Proficient Excel and strong Oracle and Salesforce.com background</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must, as problem resolution with Sales, Customer Support, Finance and Customers are key components of the job</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with initiative</li><li>Results-oriented team player with strong attention to detail<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Success Looks Like…<br><br></strong>After six months, you will…<br><br><ul><li>Feel confident in achieving or exceeding your personal pipeline revenue goals</li><li>Have partnered to build strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders</li><li>Understand key renewal metrics such as in quarter renewal rate, upsell, down- sell and cross-sell</li><li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of key tools such as Salesforce<br><br></li></ul><strong>After About a Year, You Will…<br><br></strong><ul><li>Exceed your renewals sales goals through understanding the customer’s needs and upsell or cross-sell where it’s a good fit</li><li>Forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis</li><li>Have a good understanding of Infoblox products</li><li>Demonstrate strong territory management through increased revenue delivery, on-time quotes and renewals, and strong relationships with account teams and partners<br><br></li></ul><strong>We’ve got you covered:<br><br></strong>Our holistic <strong>benefits</strong> package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness—as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture.
