Job Description
- Address problems of systems integration and compatibility with multiple platforms.
- Study, analyze and understand business requirements in context of business intelligence.
- Design, build, and deploy reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Manage the process of extracting data from different sources, transform the data into a usable and trusted resource, and load that data into the systems end-users
- Support the customer operations team to integrate the vendor/inhouse solutions in customer environment and addressing customer needs
- Monitor the Engineers’ corrective maintenance visits is undertaken efficiently, and timely meeting client satisfaction.
- Support RS engineers in installation activities, providing them with guidance and ensuring the work implemented is up to the required standards and in accordance to set milestones.
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly progress report to the team leader to clarify the status and progress of assigned task.
- Participates in project planning for all the technical aspects related for his team.
- Acts as the technical interface with the client regarding any queries concerning the installation phase.
- Configures and reviews the application modules based on the detailed design.
- Creates application test cases and executes unit test plans.
- Operates supports and administrates application modules.
- Investigates new concepts and technologies.
- Support the process of the design, build, test, and maintenance of the inhouse/ vendors solution.
- Participates in performance evaluation of RS engineers.
- Prepares and reviews the technical documentation of the assigned activities.
- Prepares compiles and reviews the Project Technical Documentation’s with the details of the installation work and submits to team leader.
