Job Description
<p>Infinity Strata Management was established in 2009. The team at Infinity Strata Management are experts in legislation governing, and the practicalities in delivering, owners association schemes and provide services and advice to a significant number and quality of projects in Dubai. We also provide or have provided associated consulting services to government departments and developers in Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Salary Range: 8,000AED to 10,000AED</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts</li><li>Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions</li><li>Developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition</li><li>Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement</li><li>Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter</li><li>Promoting the company’s brand</li><li>Courting top candidates</li><li>Managing recruitment agencies</li><li>Managing white collar and blue collar recruitment</li><li>Checking applicants’ references</li><li>Interviewing candidates</li><li>Making final hiring decisions and designing competitive offer packages</li><li>Developing programs to reward and retain top talent</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements, skills and qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as talent acquisition manager</li><li>Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding</li><li>Understanding of all selection methods and techniques</li><li>Proficient in the use of social media and job boards</li><li>Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles</li><li>Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases</li><li>Excellent communicator</li><li>Facilities Management and Real Estate Brokerage experience is a plus</li><li>Well-organized</li><li>MBA in business administration, human resources or relevant field</li><li>Three to five years of proven experience in talent acquisition</li></ul>
