Senior Recruitment Manager – Corporate

We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager for Corporate who willbe responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. He/she will work closely with the HR teams and hiring managers to ensure that vacancies are managed effectively, identify, engage and hire talent to improve business operations as well as to ensure the candidates are onboarded smoothly up until the point of time when the new joiner starts the business. This role is based in Kuwait and will report to the Chief HR Officer at Alghanim Industries.

Job Responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities are and not limited to:

  • Lead a team of recruiters and onboarders to deliver outstanding service.
  • Personally manage senior or hard to fill vacancies.
  • Evolve the recruitment structure, processes and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships across the HR organization and business stakeholders.
  • Capture and analyze recruitment data to better inform recruitment decision making, including weekly and monthly recruitment reporting.
  • Ensure the right compensation is provided to the selected candidate and manage the offer negotiations.
  • Establish an effective onboarding process for new joiners at all levels.
  • Deliver induction to new joiners.
  • Oversee the recruitment and successful onboarding of candidates for various Kuwaitization and internship programs.
  • Identify and manage relations with recruitment agencies, job portals, universities, etc..

Candidate skills and requirements:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in HR including Recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Organization Development, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams and processes with exposure to both volume and specialist recruitment.
  • An in-depth understanding of recruitment and selection tools and techniques
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Well-developed project management skills
  • Well-developed analytical skills, able to work with data to unlock people insight and drive improvement
  • Degree educated ideally in a business related subject
