<p>Are you looking to for a brand new challenge?</p><p><br></p><p>MNA Properties are currently looking an in-house Recruitment Consultant to join their ever-growing family.</p><p>You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated and have a proven track record in recruitment, real estate or sales.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Spec:</p><ul><li>Headhunting, interviewing, and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies</li><li>Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities and benefits</li><li>Screening candidates and drawing up relevant shortlists of candidates for clients to interview</li><li>Arranging interviews and managing the coordination of interview logistics</li><li>Conducting reference checks in line with client expectations</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Renumeration:</p><ul><li>Competitive basic wage based on experience</li><li>Visa and medical insurance</li><li>Uncapped Commission</li><li>Monthly OTE of AED 15,000 – AED 30,000 (On Target Earnings)</li><li>30 days holiday per year</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Other:</p><ul><li>Languages – English compulsory written and spoken to European standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Results Driven</li><li>Self Motivated</li><li>Hardworking</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job Type:</p><ul><li>Full-time, permanent</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>2 Years Minimum – Recruitment Experience (Essential)</li><li>Dubai Real Estate (Preferred)</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Apply today for a confidential chat.</li></ul>
