<br><br><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p> </p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Evaluate and review of the proposals, and preparation of comparative assessment of Subcontractors/Main Suppliers.</li><li>Collect and Assist the Documents including Pre-Qualifications, Material Submittal, etc. of separate Contractors, Vendors and Suppliers.</li><li>Scope of work Identification and responsibility matrix for Sub-Contract Agreements.&nbsp;</li><li>Preparations of sub-contract agreements.</li><li>Studies the sub-contractor / suppliers’ payments and variations.</li><li>Review and evaluate claims submitted by sub-contractors’ companies</li><li>Ensure all the time-barred registration and documentation, such as Warranties, Bonds, Insurances, guaranties are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the contract and are in compliance with the contract requirements.</li><li>Provides assistance to Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager on contractual issues while evaluating variation orders and IPCs </li><li>Preparations of BOQ and quantity take off.</li><li>Ability to prepare and analyze unit rate breakdown.</li><li>Preparations of Main Interim Payment Certificates with the supporting documents with follow-up. </li><li>Assists in the preparation of the commercial part of claims and reports</li><li>Prepare cash flow for the required due payments of suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Any other duties according to the nature of the main job</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p> <strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Experience &amp; Skills </u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) from a reputable institute</li><li>Minimum 10 years of previous working experience in construction industry </li><li>Preference will be given to those who have GCC countries experience</li><li>Good communication skills </li><li>Well versed with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, E-mails.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>
