<strong>Role Purpose:</strong><p><br></p>We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor<p><br></p><strong>What This Job Involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent Take-Off skills required, from both an accuracy and speed perspective. </li><li>Preparation of Budget estimates. </li><li>Preparation of Bills of Quantities. </li><li>Monthly payment valuations. </li><li>Preparation of Final Accounts (under supervision). </li><li>Preparation of contract Documents. </li><li>Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors. </li><li>Review costing’s in conjunction with budgets. </li><li>Price and check additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork. </li><li>Attending site meetings. </li><li>Attending design team meetings. </li><li>Be a strong team player but demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role as part of personal development planning. </li><li>Represent the company in a professional and diligent </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Desired Skills And Experience For This</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Hardworking, proactive individual with a strong desire to learn and progress with an eye for detail and a passion for high standards. </li><li>Candidate to be able to demonstrate experience in the Real Estate Sector. </li><li>Excellent pre and post contract technical cost and commercial management skills. </li><li>Articulate in written and oral communication. </li><li>Excellent prioritization and self-management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Key Competencies</u> <br></strong><ul><li>Strong knowledge and track record in the application of IT based solutions. </li><li>Software skills required in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. </li><li>Experience preferably in the Middle East but not essential </li><li>New build, fit out &amp; renovation project experience </li><li>Degree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying) </li><li>MRICS or in process would be advantageous <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Can Expect From Us<br><br></strong>We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.<br><br>Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your career ambitions, recognizing your contributions, investing in your well-being and providing competitive benefits and pay.<br><br>We can’t wait to see where your ambitions take you at JLL.
