Job Description
<p><u>Civil Engineer experienced as Senior QA/QC in contracting companies – Buildings/Villa projects</u></p><p><br></p><p><u>Job Responsibilities</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>responsible for preparing project kickoff quality documents</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>following up on Material testing requirements as per specification and selection of the materials and approving them from consultants and authorities</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>following up for architecture selection to obtain client approval on it</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>supervising Quality Engineers during the construction phase in material and quality wise</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>conducting site walk inspections</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>conducting training for the construction team on the methodology of construction</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>conducting quality meetings to raise quality concerns and address the corrective actions</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>and responsible for projects handing over to the client with all its procedures</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>preparing project quality plan and process flow chart of all project tasks and supervising that it’s followed</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>maintaining project documents and records to be organized and accessible</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>subcontractor prequalification approvals,</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>preparing method statements</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>to issue internal SOR and NCR and to close the observation that we receive from the consultant</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>preparing and monitoring quality dashboards and inspections process for the project</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>conducting internal auditing and handling external auditing</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>maintaining the quality management system as per ISO 9001 requirements.</u></strong></p><p><u>Qualification & experience:</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>• Graduate Civil Engineer, having 7 to 8 years of UAE experience in villa construction.</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>• Skillful in on-site inspection for civil, structural, and architectural work.</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>• Sound technical capability, familiar with engineering standards (BS, ASTM), and local authority requirements.</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>• Capable of preparing Method statements, Check sheets, Forms, Procedures, and Inspection & test Plans for civil & architectural work.</u></strong></p>
