<p>Job Description:</p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their real estate needs, providing expert advice, and building long-term relationships. Your extensive knowledge of the brokerage real estate industry, particularly in the areas of New Capital, New Cairo, and the North Coast, will be essential to succeed in this role.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the specified areas.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.</li><li>Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties in accordance with their preferences and budget.</li><li>Provide expert advice on property pricing, market trends, legal requirements, and financing options to help clients make informed decisions.</li><li>Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents to clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity.</li><li>Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions for clients.</li><li>Collaborate with property developers, landlords, and other stakeholders to acquire new property listings and promote available properties to potential buyers or tenants.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest developments in the real estate market, including property laws, regulations, and emerging trends.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Work closely with a team of property consultants and support staff, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices to achieve team goals.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from a reputable international university (preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage real estate companies, demonstrating a track record of successful property transactions.</li><li>Extensive experience and knowledge of the New Capital, New Cairo, and North Coast real estate markets.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.</li><li>Professional and presentable appearance, exuding confidence and credibility.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on a challenging role in the real estate industry, we encourage you to apply for the position of Senior Property Consultant.
